Grants
The Drug-Free Coalition of Tippecanoe County is pleased to announce the availability of grants to help organizations develop and implement programs aligning with the values and mission of the DFC. The Coalition’s overarching goal is to reduce the amount of alcohol and drug misuse in Tippecanoe County. These grants are awarded for one year to agencies located in and serving Tippecanoe County. Grant applications are available yearly starting in October.

A spokesperson representing the grant recipient must attend a minimum of 50% of all regularly scheduled coalition general meetings, including at least one meeting per quarter.
Spokesperson representing the grant recipient is welcome to make a presentation summarizing the goals and progress of the program/project. To schedule your presentation, please contact Rebekah@dftipp.org
All grant recipients will provide a visual (table set-up) one month during the grant cycle.
Grant recipients must provide a quarterly report due by the 5th of July, October, January, and March.

The 2024-2025 Grant Recipients made a Huge impact on our community.
A Better Life- Brianna’s Hope with Grace Recovery: Social events for families in recovery as well as annual celebrations.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Lafayette: Served 100 kids and obtained 28 new matches.
Kids Hope with Grace Recovery: Child care with certified family counselors to assist the children in their family dynamic. Child care provided during Briannn’s Hope meetings.
NAMI Crisis Intervention Team: Facilitated training for Lafayette Police on intervention tactics during police response.
Recovery Cafe: Offered programming, including multiple pathways to recovery, to over 500 individuals.
Surf Center: Renovated their resource library for all visitors
Tippecanoe County Drug Task Force: Secured 93 arrests, seized 24 guns and $74,000 from drug offenders.
United Way of Greater Lafayette: Organized a youth summit to engage with high school students in Tippecanoe schools to discuss their thoughts and concerns on mental health, peer relationships and drug utilization.
West Lafayette Police Department Crime Scene Investigation: Purchased new camera and equipment to assist technicians in more accurate photographic evidence.
