Grants

The Drug-Free Coalition of Tippecanoe County is pleased to announce the availability of grants to help organizations develop and implement programs.  The Coalition’s overarching goal is to reduce the amount of alcohol and other drug use and abuse in Tippecanoe County.  These grants are awarded for one year to agencies located in and serving Tippecanoe County.

  • All grant recipients are responsible for scheduling verbal reports in the same year in which they are funded. Verbal reports should include:

    • A brief description of what the funds are being used for.

    • The problem you are addressing.

    • How you have impacted this problem. Please include hard data, such as numbers, percentages, etc and soft data, such as success stories.

    • Any obstacles in reaching your goal. We hope that sharing obstacles with the group can help others present to problem-solve.

Verbal reports should be approximately five minutes in length. You must submit your report in writing as well—you can give a copy of your notes to director Kristina Lesley at the meeting where you present or e-mail the report. If you cannot give your report in the month it is scheduled, please contact kristina@dftipp.org PRIOR to the meeting to reschedule.
