Verbal Reports

All grant recipients are responsible for scheduling a verbal report in the same year in which they are funded.  Verbal reports should include:

  1. A brief of description of what the funds are being used for.
  2. A description of the target population
  3. How many have been served, or how many you anticipate serving if the project is still underway?
  4. What problem are you addressing?
  5. How have you impacted this problem?  Please include hard data, such as numbers, percentages, etc and soft data, such as success stories.
  6. Any obstacles in reaching your goal.  We hope that by sharing obstacles with the group that others present can help problem-solve.

Verbal reports should be approximately 5 minutes in length.
